Please note, we are upgrading FVD Speed Dial extension to New Firefox Legacy, otherwise, it will be soon automatically disabled. Besides new good improvements, the New legacy has its own limitations but we hope Firefox team will improve them soon.

If you downgraded Firefox from 57 to lower version

Unfortunately, Firefox has bug that described here -

In short, when you downgrade FF, your profiles "breaks" and database that uses our extension won't work. Sometimes it's not only because of downgrade. It just won't start but the problem is the same. Here are some of the options how to fix it:

Option #1

This is the simples option, not always help but we encourage to try.

- Copy and paste in address bar about:support
- Select following:

- Rename this folder to any name and restart Firefox.
NOTE!!! Don't rename your profile folder. You need to RENAME folder name "Storage".
Tip: Don't rename it completrely, just add some extnesion like Storage_BAK_TMP.

BUT don't delete it. Just rename.
If Firefox won't start, rename folder back to "Storage"

If it won't help, then there are the only options below will help:
